Vinification: maceration and fermentation for at least 20 days at a maximum temperature of 30°C. Daily pumping over. Malolactic fermentation in barrels. Aged 18 months in American Oak barrels

Aroma: ripe plum, dark chocolate, coconut
Palate: very powerful on tannin, excellent concentration and fusion of extractive components. Very long and round persistence
