  • Vinification: Maceration and fermentation for at least 20 days at a maximum temperature of 30°C. Daily pumping over. Malolactic fermentation in barrels. Aged 18 months in American Oak barrels
  • Alcohol Content: 14.5%
  • Residual Sugar: 7 grams per liter
  • Color: Intense ruby red
  • Aroma: Ripe plum, dark chocolate, coconut
  • Palate: Very powerful on tannin, excellent concentration and fusion of extractive components. Very long and round persistence
