Vinification: soft pneumatic press, skin separation. Cold decantation and controlled-temperature fermentation (18°C) for a maximum of 20 days in stainless steel tanks. 4 months “sur lie” with bâtonnage
Alcohol Content: 13 % by vol.
Residual Sugar: 2 grams per liter
Color: pale straw yellow
Aroma: intense spectrum of fruit and white floral notes
Palate: dry, smooth, balanced with good body
