Vinification: the grapes undergo a traditional red wine fermentation with 7-8 days of maceration, during which the grape must is often being stirred. After the racking, the wine rests in stainless steel.
Alcohol Content: 12.5% by vol.
Residual Sugar: 4 grams per liter.
Color: ruby red.
Aroma: fresh and inviting; the notes of black cherry and blueberry are enriched by a light spiced note of black pepper as well as a balsamic note.
Palate: pleasant and easy-to-drink; the notes of black cherry are present on the palate as well. Overall, it’s well-balanced, rich, persistent, and the tannins are well-rounded.
