Vinification: cryo-maceration for at least 10 days at climbing temperatures. Followed by fermentation for another 20 days at controlled temperature. Post-malolactic maturation for 12 months in French oak barriques, followed by 18 months in large Slavonian oak casks. Subsequent aging in bottle for at least one year.

Color: intense ruby red with nuances tending to garnet red
Aroma: notes of underbrush and small red fruits, nuances of vanilla and spicy finish
