Berselli & Solferino Premium Primitivo.
Two names, two worlds.
A new great story to tell

A whole project, not just a single wine even if unique and intended to mark a new course. Two interwined paths designed to complement each other and create together something new to highlight each one’s talent.
On one hand that of winemaking.

On the other another essential: that of promote and market it all over the world. Berselli & Solferino Primitivo Signature Collection bloomed within this precise perimeter.
Winemaking is a simple way to tell something incredibly complex where expertise and courage meet. The Solferino family knows it well since Cantine Solferino was established back in the mid Seventies in Sava, Puglia, ages before the area was recognized as a primary terroir for the now celebrated Primitivo. It soon became a leading player for bulk wine – they’re reknown for their reds and rosés, produced in their state of the art  winery – which greatly contributed to the development of the area.
ALMA Group was founded in the mid nineties by Alessandro Berselli who, besides being still at the helm today, has made the company gain notoriety and prestige based on the exact knowledge of the main wine markets worldwide.
Create a wine which could bring together the mutual experience of these two pioneers was the first thought that Giampaolo Solferino and Alessandro Berselli have spontaneously shared soon after they met.
Magic happens even in the realm of winemaking when the art of under standing and exalting grapes meets with the knowledge of wine marketing.
This Premium Primitivo Salento is an authentic expression of Salento, Italy.
The grapes have been handpicked and selected from their old Apulian training system “Alberello” vineyards.
